Ingredients

  • 1 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Vodka
  • 2 1/2 oz Pear Nectar
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Pinch Ground Ginger
  • Pinch Ground Cinnamon
  • Prosecco (or champagne for topping off)
  • Gold Sanding Sugar (for cocktail rim)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cocktail glass by rubbing the edge with a fresh lemon wedge and dipping it into gold sugar crystals to create a fun gold rim.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Fireball whiskey, vodka, lemon juice, and pear nectar. Add pinches of ground ginger and ground cinnamon.
  3. Shake the ingredients together well to crush the ice and smooth out the cocktail.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass and top off with chilled sparkling Prosecco wine.
