Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 4 oz black coffee (freshly brewed)
- 1.50 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 oz partly whipped cream
Instructions
- Add the brown sugar to a glass.
- Pour in the hot coffee and mix until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the Irish whiskey and stir again.
- Let the mixture rest for a few seconds.
- Gently pour the partly whipped cream over the back of a warmed spoon, allowing it to settle on top of the coffee.
- Serve immediately.
