Ingredients
- 8 oz coffee
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 oz Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
- Heavy cream
- Boiling water
Instructions
- Heat your glass by pouring boiling water into it, swirling, then dumping it out.
- Add 1 tsp of brown sugar to the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass halfway with coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the whiskey.
- Slightly froth the heavy cream, then pour it over the back of a spoon and into the mug to sit on top of the coffee.
