Ingredients

  • 8 oz coffee
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 oz Irish whiskey (such as Jameson)
  • Heavy cream
  • Boiling water

Instructions

  1. Heat your glass by pouring boiling water into it, swirling, then dumping it out.
  2. Add 1 tsp of brown sugar to the bottom of the glass.
  3. Fill the glass halfway with coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Add the whiskey.
  5. Slightly froth the heavy cream, then pour it over the back of a spoon and into the mug to sit on top of the coffee.
