Ingredients

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 oz gin
  • Prosecco
  • Elderflower cordial
  • Ice

  1. Fill a glass or wine glass with ice.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and half a lime into the glass.
  3. Add 1 oz of gin and a good splash of elderflower cordial.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with Prosecco, aiming for a 2:3 ratio with the other ingredients.
  5. Adjust the sweetness by adding more elderflower cordial if needed.
  6. Garnish with frozen berries, such as strawberries, if desired.
