Ingredients

  • 2oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 1/2 oz Elderflower Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz unsalted aquafaba (or 1/2 egg white)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a coupe or martini glass with ice and set it aside to chill.
