Ingredients

  • 3/8 cup 2% milk
  • 1/8 cup whipping cream (or 35% cream)
  • 1/2 tablespoon condensed milk (or more to taste)
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/8 tablespoon Cognac
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until well combined, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Prior to serving, add the Cognac (if using) and blend again to create a frothy texture.
  4. Pour a 1/2 cup serving into a glass, then spoon some froth on top.
  5. Sprinkle a touch of nutmeg over the top before serving. Best enjoyed when chilled.
