Ingredients

- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 oz Hot Sake
Instructions
- In a bowl, crack a whole egg and add the simple syrup.

- Warm the sake to 113°F (45°C).
- Slowly pour the warmed sake into the egg mixture while continuously whisking.
