Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk or 1 tbsp pasteurized egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 6 oz carbonated water (or half can)
  • 1 orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the egg in a small pot filled with water and heat it to 140-142°F on low heat.
  2. Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes at the maintained temperature.
  3. Transfer the egg to an ice bath for 3 minutes.
  4. Separate the yolk from the whites.
  5. In a chilled 8 oz. rock glass, combine the egg yolk and condensed milk, and froth the mixture with a milk frother.
  6. Add cocktail ice cubes to the glass.
  7. Slowly pour carbonated water into the glass.
  8. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the drink.
  9. Twist the orange peel over the cocktail to release its oils, rub the peel around the glass rim, and drop it into the drink.
