Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk or 1 tbsp pasteurized egg yolk
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 6 oz carbonated water (or half can)
- 1 orange peel
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the egg in a small pot filled with water and heat it to 140-142°F on low heat.
- Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes at the maintained temperature.
- Transfer the egg to an ice bath for 3 minutes.
- Separate the yolk from the whites.
- In a chilled 8 oz. rock glass, combine the egg yolk and condensed milk, and froth the mixture with a milk frother.
- Add cocktail ice cubes to the glass.
- Slowly pour carbonated water into the glass.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the drink.
- Twist the orange peel over the cocktail to release its oils, rub the peel around the glass rim, and drop it into the drink.
