Ingredients

  • 1 oz prepared espresso coffee
  • 1 oz rum
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon and cardamom syrup
  • Whipped cream and ground cinnamon, to top

Instructions

  1. Combine the espresso, rum, and cinnamon and cardamom syrup in a small glass, then stir.
  2. Top the mixture with lightly whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  3. For the cinnamon and cardamom syrup, heat cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, sugar, and water in a pot until simmering. Remove from heat and let infuse until cool, then store for up to 2 weeks.
