Ingredients
- 1 oz prepared espresso coffee
- 1 oz rum
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon and cardamom syrup
- Whipped cream and ground cinnamon, to top
Instructions
- Combine the espresso, rum, and cinnamon and cardamom syrup in a small glass, then stir.
- Top the mixture with lightly whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- For the cinnamon and cardamom syrup, heat cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, sugar, and water in a pot until simmering. Remove from heat and let infuse until cool, then store for up to 2 weeks.
