Ingredients

  • 1/6 cup white chocolate (optional, for a chocolate rim on the glass)
  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 mini solid chocolate Easter eggs

Instructions

  1. If desired, melt the white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power for 1-2 minutes until just melted.
  2. Dip the rim of the serving glass into the melted chocolate and refrigerate for a minute or two to set.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the Nutella, Baileys, vodka, and milk until smooth.
  4. Place a mini chocolate Easter egg at the bottom of the prepared glass.
  5. Pour the chocolate cocktail into the glass and serve.
