Ingredients

  • 1 oz Drambuie
  • 2/3 oz Espresso coffee (hot, freshly brewed)
  • 2/3 oz Scottish whisky
  • 2 tsp Crème de Cacao (brown)
  • 1/2 oz Single cream (18% fat content)

Instructions

  1. Place a generous amount of ice into a mixing jug and pour in the alcohol and coffee.
  2. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to chill, blend, and dilute the ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture into an empty rocks glass or short tumbler.
  4. Fill the glass to the top with ice.
  5. Slowly pour the cream over the ice cubes, allowing it to float on top.
  6. Serve immediately.
