Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (or fruit mix with dragon fruit)
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add ice cubes, frozen dragon fruit, vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a blender jug.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until blended.
  3. Wet the rim of a glass with an orange slice, then roll the rim in salt to coat.
  4. Pour the blended drink into the prepared glass and serve with an orange slice and wide straws.
