Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1 oz. gin, preferably Plymouth
  • 1/4 oz. sweet vermouth, preferably Carpano Antica
  • 1/4 oz. coconut liqueur, preferably Kalani
  • Champagne, to serve as a sidecar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass over ice, combine all ingredients except Champagne.
  2. Stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
  5. Serve with a sidecar of Champagne.
