Ingredients

  • 3 ounces dry sake
  • 1 bag damiana tea
  • Small handful of raspberries for muddling and 2 for garnish
  • 0.50 ounce pomegranate juice (optional for added sweetness)
  • 1 spritz rose water

Instructions

  1. Place the damiana tea bag in the sake and allow it to cold steep for 8 hours.
  2. Gently squeeze the tea bag when removing it from the sake.
  3. Muddle the fresh raspberries.
  4. Shake the steeped sake with the muddled raspberries and pomegranate juice with ice.
  5. Pour the mixture over a cocktail strainer into a chilled coup or martini glass.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and spritz with rose water.
