Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bordiga Chiot Montamaro
  • 1/4 oz. Varnelli Caffè Moka
  • 1 1/2 oz. cold brew concentrate or a double shot of espresso
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 1/2 oz. Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water in a mixing tin filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture until chilled.
  3. Add the Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic Water to the mixing tin.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled Collins glass filled with ice.
  5. Express the orange zest over the surface of the drink and discard.
