Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila (preferably Tequila Ocho Plata)
  • 3/4 oz dill syrup (see Editor's Note)
  • 1 oz tangerine juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake without ice.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail or coupe glass.
