Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder and sugar with 3 tablespoons of cold milk.
  2. Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining milk in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cocoa and sugar mixture to the warm milk and heat for another minute, stirring well to combine.
  5. Pour the Baileys Irish cream into a heat-resistant glass.
  6. Carefully pour the heated chocolate mixture over the Baileys.
  7. Add 5 mini marshmallows to the drink.
  8. Top the drink with whipped cream.
  9. Sprinkle with a touch of cocoa powder and serve.
