Ingredients

  • 2 oz premium gin
  • 5 oz premium Indian tonic water (I recommend Fitch & Leedes)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate liqueur
  • Fresh mint
  • Chocolate or mint bitters (optional)
  • Dark chocolate (for shaving or grating)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour 2 oz premium gin into the glass.
  3. Add a few dashes of chocolate or mint bitters, and 1 tbsp of chocolate liqueur.
  4. Top up with 5 oz premium Indian tonic water.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and shaved or grated dark chocolate.
