Ingredients

  • 2 oz premium gin
  • 5 oz premium Indian tonic water (Fitch & Leedes recommended)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate liquor
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Chocolate bitters or mint bitters (optional)
  • Dark chocolate (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add 2 oz premium gin to the glass.
  3. Sprinkle in a few dashes of chocolate (or mint) bitters and add 1 tbsp of chocolate liquor.
  4. Top up the glass with 5 oz premium Indian tonic water.
  5. Garnish the cocktail with fresh mint leaves and shave or grate dark chocolate on top.
