Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.50 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Half and Half
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1.50 tablespoons Hot Fudge or Dark Chocolate Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa, for glass rim

Instructions

  1. On two small plates, pour 1 tablespoon vodka on the first plate and place the cocoa on the second plate.
  2. Dip the rim of the martini glass into the vodka, then into the cocoa to coat the rim evenly. Set aside the glass.
  3. Fill a martini shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Add chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, vodka, and half and half to the shaker.
  5. Shake well until the shaker is almost too cold to hold.
  6. Drizzle chocolate syrup into the interior of the glass.
  7. Pour the mixture evenly into the glass, garnish, and serve.
