Ingredients

  • 1 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1.50 tbsp vanilla-flavored vodka (Absolut Vanilla)
  • 1.50 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 tbsp half-and-half
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coffee-flavored liqueur (Tia Maria)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chocolate-flavored liqueur (Godiva)

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a martini glass in melted chocolate on a plate to form a thin layer. Place the glass in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm.
  2. In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine the melted chocolate, vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, half-and-half, coffee-flavored liqueur, and chocolate-flavored liqueur.
  3. Cover with the lid and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Remove the lid and strain the mixture into the chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
