Ingredients

  • 1 oz. semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla-flavored vodka
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 tbsp half-and-half
  • 1/6 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1/6 cup chocolate-flavored liqueur

Instructions

  1. Dip the rim of a martini glass in melted chocolate on a plate to create a thin layer and place the glass in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm.
  2. In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Irish cream liqueur, half-and-half, and coffee-flavored and chocolate-flavored liqueurs.
  3. Cover with the lid and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Remove the lid and strain the mixture into the chocolate-rimmed martini glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
