Ingredients
- 0.70 oz dark chocolate
- Ice
- 2 oz coffee-flavored liqueur
- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 3.40 fl oz double cream
Instructions
- Place a small tumbler in the fridge to chill overnight.
- Melt 0.35 oz of dark chocolate in a shallow bowl using the microwave in short bursts.
- Dip the rim of the chilled glass in the melted chocolate, allowing it to drip down the sides, then return to the fridge until ready to serve.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the coffee-flavored liqueur, vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and double cream. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold.
- Put a few ice cubes in the prepared glass and strain in the cocktail.
- Finely grate the remaining dark chocolate over the cocktail, and serve with a paper straw.
