Ingredients
- Drizzle of vegan chocolate syrup (or melted vegan chocolate chips)
- Ice (to taste)
- 6 oz sweetened vanilla soymilk
- 2 oz Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur (optional)
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Drizzle the vegan chocolate syrup or melted chocolate along the inside of a 12-ounce glass.
- Add ice, sweetened vanilla soymilk, and Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur to the glass, then stir to combine.
- In a medium bowl, combine warm water, instant coffee, and sugar, and whip using a hand mixer for 4-5 minutes until it forms a thick and fluffy whip that holds its shape.
- Spoon the sweet coffee whip onto the drink, forming a delicate peak.
