Ingredients

  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 dashes cucumber bitters (such as The Bitter Truth)
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 ounces hibiscus-mint tea
  • 1/2 ounce Campari
  • 2 ounces Alessio bianco vermouth
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and add cucumber bitters into a rocks glass.
  2. Pour freshly squeezed lime juice and hibiscus-mint tea into the glass.
  3. Add Campari and bianco vermouth.
