Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons tequila (or substitute additional grapefruit juice)
- 1 tablespoon blackberry liqueur (optional for non-alcoholic version)
- 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed clementine juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons lemonade
- 1/4 teaspoon egg white (optional)
- Sugar for rimming glass
- Tajin for rimming glass
- Ice
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, mix sugar and Tajin. Wet the rim of a glass with a squeezed grapefruit half and swirl the rim in the sugar and Tajin mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
