Ingredients

  • 10-12 frozen cranberries (defrosted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 4 ounces ginger kombucha
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Thyme sprigs for garnish

  1. Defrost the frozen cranberries by rinsing them under cold water until fully defrosted.
  2. In a mason jar or cocktail shaker, combine the defrosted cranberries and honey, then muddle them together until the cranberries release their juices.
