Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • Fresh lime wedge, optional
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine fresh cranberries, water, and honey to create a puree.
  2. Adjust the consistency with water if needed, then transfer the puree to a bowl.
  3. In a cocktail glass, add ice, 1 1/2 oz vodka, and two tbsp of the cranberry puree.
  4. Top off the glass with sparkling water and squeeze a lime wedge into the drink.
  5. Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
