Ingredients

  • 2 oz Christmas Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg White
  • Cranberry Seltzer
  • Cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garnish by coating dampened cranberries in sugar and let them dry before placing on a cocktail pick.
  2. In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine bourbon, lemon juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake for 15-30 seconds.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake to chill the mixture.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and add a splash of cranberry seltzer.
  5. Garnish with the prepped sugared cranberries on the cocktail pick.
