Ingredients
- 2 oz Christmas Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- Cranberry Seltzer
- Cranberries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the garnish by coating dampened cranberries in sugar and let them dry before placing on a cocktail pick.
- In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine bourbon, lemon juice, cranberry juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake for 15-30 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake to chill the mixture.
- Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and add a splash of cranberry seltzer.
- Garnish with the prepped sugared cranberries on the cocktail pick.
