Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Copalli Organic Cacao Rum
  • 0.50 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz espresso
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • Cocoa powder, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add Copalli Organic Cacao Rum, St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until very cold.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Dust cocoa powder on top for garnish and add a few espresso beans as decoration.
