Ingredients

  • 3 fl oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 fl oz cream of coconut
  • 3 fl oz evaporated milk
  • 1.50 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 fl oz Puerto Rican rum
  • Cinnamon sugar and cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large container, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Whisk in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour in the Puerto Rican rum and mix thoroughly.
  4. Strain the liquid using a large mesh strainer to remove any clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight for enhanced flavor.
