Ingredients
- 3 fl oz full-fat coconut milk
- 4 fl oz cream of coconut
- 3 fl oz evaporated milk
- 1.50 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 fl oz Puerto Rican rum
- Cinnamon sugar and cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a large container, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Whisk in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour in the Puerto Rican rum and mix thoroughly.
- Strain the liquid using a large mesh strainer to remove any clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight for enhanced flavor.
