Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cream of coconut
- 1.50 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1.50 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1.50 tbsp Puerto Rican rum (or any rum of choice)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- dash of ground nutmeg
- dash of ground cloves
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Add ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, then blend again to mix the spices.
- Transfer the mixture to a shaker with the lid on and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, shake the mixture well, then pour into the shot glasses.
- Serve the shots cold and garnish with a cinnamon stick or coconut flakes for a festive touch.
