Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz coconut milk (1/2 cup)
- 2 1/2 oz coconut cream (1/3 cup)
- 3 1/2 oz condensed milk (1/2 cup)
- 3 oz evaporated milk (1/3 cup)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it begins to bubble.
- Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
- Add the dark rum and stir well.
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, for about 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve with an extra dusting of nutmeg on top.
