Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 oz coconut milk (1/2 cup)
  • 2 1/2 oz coconut cream (1/3 cup)
  • 3 1/2 oz condensed milk (1/2 cup)
  • 3 oz evaporated milk (1/3 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg, plus more for garnish
  • 1 1/2 oz dark rum

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it begins to bubble.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let it infuse for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the dark rum and stir well.
  5. Remove the cinnamon sticks and chill the mixture in the fridge until cold, for about 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Serve with an extra dusting of nutmeg on top.
