Ingredients

- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
Instructions
- Toast the shredded coconut and set aside.
- Dip the rim of a martini glass into the cream of coconut, then into the toasted coconut.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, lime juice, and cream of coconut.
- Add ice, shake well, and strain into the prepared martini glass.
