Ingredients

  • 1 white marshmallow
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • 1 pink marshmallow
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 0.95 oz coconut flakes
  • 2.50 oz quartered red glacé cherries
  • 2.50 oz Malibu Caribbean rum with coconut flavor
  • 0.75 oz coconut syrup
  • Chilled soda water, to serve

Instructions

  1. Skewer one white marshmallow, one maraschino cherry, and one pink marshmallow onto a short skewer. Repeat to make a set of skewers.
  2. Spread the coconut flakes on a plate. Rub the rim of a martini glass with a lime wedge, then dip the rim in the coconut to coat it.
  3. Place the quartered cherries in the base of the prepared glass.
  4. Mix the Malibu rum and coconut syrup in a jug, then pour evenly into the glass.
