Ingredients

  • 2 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/3 oz cream of coconut
  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 1.30 oz triple sec
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2/3 cup ice
  • Lime wedge, for rimming glass
  • Sanding sugar, for rimming glass
  • Lime slice, for garnish
  • Cranberry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, cream of coconut, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Rim the glass with a lime wedge and dip it in sanding sugar.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the glass.
