Ingredients
- 1.35 oz coconut milk (1/10 of a can)
- 1.32 oz cream of coconut (1/10 of a can)
- 1.20 oz evaporated milk (1/10 of a can)
- 0.70 oz sweetened condensed milk (1/20 of a can)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 oz white rum (Don Q)
- Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except the cinnamon sticks, in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is well-combined.
- Pour the Coquito into an airtight, sealed container and refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Shake the container before serving.
- Serve chilled in a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
