Ingredients

  • 1.35 oz coconut milk (1/10 of a can)
  • 1.32 oz cream of coconut (1/10 of a can)
  • 1.20 oz evaporated milk (1/10 of a can)
  • 0.70 oz sweetened condensed milk (1/20 of a can)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 oz white rum (Don Q)
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the cinnamon sticks, in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is well-combined.
  3. Pour the Coquito into an airtight, sealed container and refrigerate for at least four hours.
  4. Shake the container before serving.
  5. Serve chilled in a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
