Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup (3 oz.) cream of coconut
- 1/3 cup (3 oz.) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tablespoon white rum (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until well combined.
- Pour the coconut mixture into a glass bottle and cover it. Refrigerate until cold.
- Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to combine. Pour the Coconut Christmas Cheer into small serving glasses.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
