Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup (3 oz.) cream of coconut
  • 1/3 cup (3 oz.) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon white rum (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, rum (if using), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Blend until well combined.
  2. Pour the coconut mixture into a glass bottle and cover it. Refrigerate until cold.
  3. Before serving, stir or shake the bottle well to combine. Pour the Coconut Christmas Cheer into small serving glasses.
  4. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
