Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces añejo rum (preferably Havana Club)
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge and fresh sugarcane, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
