Ingredients

  • Coarse sea salt (for rimming the glass)
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 ounces tequila blanco
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces grapefruit soda (such as Fresca or Jarritos)
  • Grapefruit wedge (for serving)
  • Lime wedge (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Rub the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge and dip it into coarse sea salt.
  2. Add crushed ice to the glass.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice; shake to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the glass over ice.
  5. Top off with grapefruit soda and stir to combine.
  6. Taste and adjust the sweetness, if desired.
  7. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
