Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Galliano Authentico
  • 1/2 oz. Bols Genever
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 oz. half and half
  • 1 oz. soda water

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Galliano Authentico, Bols Genever, pineapple juice, orange juice, and half and half.
  2. Shake the mixture with ice.
  3. Pour 1/2 oz. of soda water into the bottom of a Collins glass.
  4. Strain the shaken mixture into the Collins glass over the soda water.
  5. Add ice to fill the glass.
  6. Top with the remaining 1/2 oz. of soda water.
