Ingredients

  • 1 oz Penfold's Club Reserve Classic Tawny
  • 2/3 oz Havana Especial Anejo Rum
  • 1/2 oz Disaronno Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
  • 1 dash of Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Tawny, Anejo Rum, Amaretto, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and Aromatic Bitters to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pre-frozen coupe glass dusted with sugar.
  5. Garnish with a small gingerbread man on the rim.
