Ingredients

  • 1 oz chocolate sauce
  • 1 oz dessicated coconut
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka (e.g., Absolut Vanilla)
  • 1 oz Malibu
  • 2 oz coconut milk
  • 1 glace cherry to garnish (optional)
  • ice
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the chocolate sauce and dessicated coconut into two separate saucers.
  2. Dip the rim of your glass into the chocolate sauce and then into the dessicated coconut.
  3. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla vodka, Malibu, and coconut milk.
  4. Shake the mixture for 30 seconds.
  5. Fill your glass with crushed ice.
  6. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
  7. Optionally, add the glace cherry on the side.
