Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate drops
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 oz brandy
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a medium saucepan until bubbles begin to appear around the edges, then remove from heat.
  2. Add the dark chocolate drops, let sit for 1 minute, then whisk until completely melted.
  3. Whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth and free of lumps.
  4. Pour the chocolate milk into a refrigeratable mixing jug and chill until cold.
  5. Once cold, stir in the brandy.
  6. Add ice cubes to a martini glass or glass of choice.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the ice.
  8. Dust a little cocoa powder on top.
