Chilled Emerald Whiskey

Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Sweetened Whipped Cream, divided
- 2 oz. Irish whiskey
- Freshly grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon to garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine hot coffee, heavy cream, and sugar. Stir well and chill thoroughly.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp. Sweetened Whipped Cream into the bottom of a highball glass.
- Stir Irish whiskey into the chilled coffee mixture and pour over the whipped cream.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with the remaining Sweetened Whipped Cream.
- Sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon on top.
- Enjoy immediately.
