Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Sweetened Whipped Cream, divided
  • 2 oz. Irish whiskey
  • Freshly grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon to garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine hot coffee, heavy cream, and sugar. Stir well and chill thoroughly.
  2. Spoon 1 Tbsp. Sweetened Whipped Cream into the bottom of a highball glass.
  3. Stir Irish whiskey into the chilled coffee mixture and pour over the whipped cream.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and top with the remaining Sweetened Whipped Cream.
  5. Sprinkle freshly grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon on top.
  6. Enjoy immediately.
