Ingredients
- 1 package raspberry gelatin (3 oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups vodka
- 7-up or Sprite for mixing
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve the raspberry gelatin in it.
- In a large gallon container, combine the cranberry juice, cold water, vodka, thawed orange juice concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate.
- Stir in the dissolved gelatin water and cover the container.
- Place the container in the freezer and allow it to freeze completely, which may take 12 to 18 hours.
- Stir the slush after it starts to freeze, approximately 4 to 6 hours after placing it in the freezer, to prevent the vodka from settling to the bottom.
- To serve, mix 2/3 of the slush with 1/3 soda and stir to combine.
