Ingredients

  • 1 package raspberry gelatin (3 oz.)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 7-up or Sprite for mixing

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve the raspberry gelatin in it.
  2. In a large gallon container, combine the cranberry juice, cold water, vodka, thawed orange juice concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate.
  3. Stir in the dissolved gelatin water and cover the container.
  4. Place the container in the freezer and allow it to freeze completely, which may take 12 to 18 hours.
  5. Stir the slush after it starts to freeze, approximately 4 to 6 hours after placing it in the freezer, to prevent the vodka from settling to the bottom.
  6. To serve, mix 2/3 of the slush with 1/3 soda and stir to combine.
