Chicory Bourbon Freeze
A frozen milk punch with a rich blend of bourbon, coffee, and vanilla, topped with a hint of nutmeg.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 oz bourbon
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, preferably chicory coffee, cooled
- A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Whisk together the whole milk, half-and-half, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, bourbon, cooled coffee, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Cover and freeze until slushy, about 3 hours.
- Stir and serve in chilled glass mugs or tall glasses, topped with a grating of nutmeg.
