Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen tart cherries (thawed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon 100% tart cherry concentrate
  • 2 teaspoons superfine white sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • 3/4 cup wild cherry-flavored sparkling water
  • Optional: fresh lime for garnish
  • Pebble or crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare a glass.
  2. Place the thawed cherries into the glass.
  3. Add the tart cherry concentrate, sugar, lime juice, and fresh mint leaves to the glass.
  4. Muddle the ingredients together using a muddler or the back of a spoon.
  5. Fill the glass with pebble or crushed ice.
  6. Pour the cherry-flavored sparkling water into the glass.
  7. Garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of lime if desired.
