Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Splash of water
  • 2 oz cherry blossom gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 6.50 oz strawberry puree (made from 1 1/2 cups strawberries, 1 tbsp honey, and splash of water)
  • 1 egg white
  • Edible rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry puree by blending all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Strain the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine cherry blossom gin, fresh lemon juice, strawberry puree, and egg white.
  4. Dry shake the mixture (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to create a frothy texture.
  5. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for an additional 10-15 seconds to chill and dilute the cocktail.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass.
  7. Garnish with edible rose petals and enjoy!
