Ingredients

  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz aged rum
  • 1/2 oz demerara syrup
  • 3 dashes tropical bitters, such as Mister Bitters Sweet & Sour

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir to chill and combine.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over an ice sphere or regular cubed ice.
